How to measure yourself to choose your Embro size
-
Chest (chest width)
-
Stand straight and relax your shoulders.
-
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
-
Don’t pull the tape too tight, but don’t leave it too loose either.
-
-
Body length
-
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (at the base of your neck) down to the desired length of the garment.
-
Compare this number with the body length in our size chart.
-
-
Sleeve length
-
Slightly bend your arm.
-
Measure from the shoulder seam, over the elbow, down to the wrist.
-
You can also measure your favorite piece: from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
-
How to choose your size using the chart
-
Compare your measurements with the columns size, chest width, body length and sleeve length.
-
If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
Important about 100% cotton
-
Most of our pieces are made from 100% cotton.
-
Cotton can shrink slightly after washing — up to about half a size.
-
If you prefer a looser fit or are between two sizes, it’s safer to go for the bigger size.
